Cancellation Policy
Full payment must be received before the date of the Forum, delegates may be
refused admission if payment is not received.
For cancellations received in writing: a full refund is available up to four
weeks before the date of the Forum; a 50% service charge will be levied between
two and four weeks before the Forum. Registrations cancelled less than two weeks
prior to the start of the event forfeit the entire fee. Substitutions from the
same organisation are welcome at any time.
Registrants who fail to attend (no shows) will not be eligible for a refund.
